Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Manpower planning & Control
-Estimate all level of manpower needed to match with business growth
-Form up recruitment & promotion plan, method & schedules
-Form up effective organization match with company status
-Assignment & transfer procurement
Ø Education & Training
-Find out needs for education & training for all level of staff
-Form up training program both in-house & outside
-Manage & Controlling of Rank promotion system
Ø Payroll , attendance control & Employee welfare
-Set up effective & competitive payroll & welfare system
-Set up effective attendance control system
-Updates compensation system for competitive in the market
-Set up effective Evaluation system
Ø Employee relation & discipline control
-Updates working regulation & discipliner control procedure
-Two way communication for make common understanding
-Proceed of employee committee meeting by law requirement
Ø Personnel budget Control
-Set up Budget of Personnel in all work group
-Controlling personnel expenses for effective using
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, age 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø More than 10 years working experience in Human Resource function (Especially Payroll/Recruitment)
Ø Strong background in HRD & OD projects implementation or HRD tools
Ø Direct experience in Human Resource Development in both Training and People Development
Ø Be able to submit tax deduction
Ø Knowing process of hiring disabilities person
Ø Deep knowledge in Labor Law and Compensation and Benefits
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Laksi, Bangkhen
Working Hour: 09:00 – 18:45 (Mon - Fri) (Work on public holiday)
