Work outline: Responsible for checking all the documents regarding import/export process

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  To examine and inspect shipping documents (Invoice, Export declaration) any error for response to staff

Ø  To interface with customs, subcontractors for general problem

Ø  To arrange export checklist to keep in data base

Ø  To prepare document for new customer E-paperless registration

Ø  Any supervisor assignment

 

Qualifications:

[Must]                                                     

Ø  Thai nationality, male/female, age 25-30 years old

Ø  Bachelor Degree in Logistics or related fields

Ø  Minimum 2 year experience in logistics or custom brokerage field

Ø  Knowledgeable in custom process (either import or export) is a plus

Ø  Able to work under pressure

Ø  Good command of both spoken and written English

Ø  Cooperative and team worker

Ø  Ability to analyze and effectively solve problem

 

Preferable:

Ø  Experience in ocean freight is a plus

 

Languages skills

English: Advanced Conversational level 

Japanese: None   

 

 

Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri

Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)
