Work outline: In charge of customer support in every process
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Manage customer orders from order entry to fulfilment through to invoicing
Ø Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers
Ø Coordinate orders with warehouse and logistics to ensure on time and complete delivery to customers.
Ø Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Ø Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Ø Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Ø Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-32 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø Previous experience providing customer service at least 2 year
Ø A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills that is able to work independently and adhere to tight deadlines
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Ø Experience working in a regional office and in the furniture/retail industry will be an advantage
Preferable:
Ø Knowledge of SAP an advantage but not a must
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Pleonjit
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8.00 – 17.00
