Work outline: Responsible for accounting function

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Daily journal

Ø  Bank reconciliation, Remittance

Ø  To pay Tax  ( Por.Ngor.Dor.53, Por.Por.30 )

Ø  Account  Closing,  Account receivable,  Account Payable

Ø  Co-ordinate with Auditor, to examine the Balance Sheet etc.

Ø  Other tasks assigned by supervisor

 

Qualifications:

[Must]                                                     

Ø  Thai  Nationality, Female , age  25 - 35 years  old

Ø  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Ø  3-5   year  work experience in  Accounting , daily journal, Bank reconciliation, Remittance, To pay Tax  ( Por.Ngor.Dor.53, Por.Por.30 ), Account  Closing,  Account receivable,  Account Payable , to  co-ordinate with  Auditor, to examine the  Balance Sheet  etc.

Ø  English ability

Ø  Computer literate (MS Office, E-mail, Internet)

 

Preferable:

Ø  Good interpersonal skill and Hard-working

Ø  Can work well under pressure

Ø  Cheerful personality

 

Languages skills

English: Daily Conversation level

Japanese: None   

 

 

Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng/MRT Silom

Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Monday to Friday), Saturday half day twice a month

Probation period need to work every Saturday*
