About this Job
Work outline: To lead the company by well understanding about Human Resource Development and Human Resource Management idea starting from suggesting ideas to implementing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Consult and suggest with management and other leadership to identify appropriate learning and OD programs to support business goals.
Ø Create and implement programs that connect employees with business goals.
Ø Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.
Ø Defines the budget that is needed to implement the training and development plan and ensure is effectively spent.
Ø Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets.
Ø Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
Ø Support with talent assessment, providing coaching sessions, and analysis / development of talent management systems, succession planning and processes related to performance management, career planning, business continuity and culture.
Ø Lead employee engagement activities.
Ø Review compensation and benefit regularly to meet employee’s needs and also follow latest labor rule
Ø Manage other HR related activity such as payroll, recruiting by coordinating with junior staffs
Ø Review evaluation system and personnel system to strengthen the organization
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other relevant field
Ø Able to communicate in English
Ø 10 years as a previous experience in Human Resources function both HRD and HRM in multinational manufacturing company.
Ø Outstanding communications and presentation skills, including writing and conducting presentations and effective listening across all levels of the organization
Ø Excellent planning and priority setting skills
Ø Someone who has a visible improvement result for the function and company’s business by taking action by himself/herself.
Ø Good human relations and high leadership skills, problem solve and high ownership
Preferable:
Ø Experienced in Manufacturing Company like electronics or automotive.
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Pick Up Company Bus in Chonburi and Bangna
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
