About this Job
Work outline: Be responsible for support service engineer to do installation, maintenance and other technical support for distributors and clients by coordinating between engineer and Japanese.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Interpreting Japanese to Thai and Thai to Japanese between engineer staff, Japan HQ and Japanese clients.
Ø Get information from Japanese design team and inform it to Thai engineer team
Ø Support engineers to install and set up new machine at client’s site or factory
Ø Repair and maintenance work for customers at the site
Ø Provide technical support and advice with both customers and distributors in Thailand
Ø Provide proper advise with distributor in other ASEAN countries in English on the phone
Ø Control spare parts and equipment in a stock
Ø Contact and respond any inquiry from customers with good service manner
Ø Contact with technical team in Japan HQ when advanced technical support is needed
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 21-37 years old
Ø Advanced conversation level of Japanese (High)
Ø Advanced conversation level of English (High) *Be able to communicate with foreign distributors
Ø Strong communication skill which can explain clearly what the cause of problems, how we solved it in order to let customers understand well
Ø Be able to commute to work by himself/herself
Ø Have an interest to machine and willing to learn
Ø For supervisor position, need 1-2 years management experience of subordinates performance
Preferable:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in engineering field, especially mechanical and electrical engineering
Ø At least 1-2 years working experiences as service engineer or maintenance engineer of machine
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Advanced conversational level
Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:40 (Mon-Fri) *No Saturday working
