About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for Inventory Control, Customer Service, Import and Export and Warehouse Management in Thailand.
Duties & Responsibilities:
<Import & Export>
Ø Contact and cooperate with customer in order to prepare all related document for import and export shipment.
Ø Contact and cooperate with affiliate and/ or overseas agent for shipment arrangement.
Ø Monitoring shipment, milestone status and KPI compliance.
Ø Keep good customer relationship and provide the best service to meet customer requirement.
Ø Financial billing process, issue invoice, credit note, cost control.
Ø To handle all complaints efficiently and satisfactorily with clear and concise communication.
Ø Provide additional service above and beyond the call of duties.
Ø Assist Sales activities such as rates, visits, report etc.
Ø To be able to deal with overseas offices with clear communication.
Ø To be proactive in resolving issues and problems before they occur.
Ø Supervision the whole operation Matters.
Ø Monitoring problems and issues and promptly report to Senior Manager and Deputy Managing Director
Ø Coordinate with government agencies related.
<Domestics & 3PL Control>
Ø Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and Processes across to improve warehouse operations performance
Ø Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
Ø Ensure inventory accuracy and stock level align with company policy and provide effective plan
Ø Provide consulting and analytical support to help business deliver the results
Ø Budget control both stock level and supply chain operation cost
Ø Identify problem and root causes recognize opportunities and launch initiatives address various logistic Issues and improve overall logistic process
Ø Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
Ø Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transportation cost
Ø Recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency
Ø Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
Ø Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
Ø Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
Ø Control and take care about planning and coordination of delivery to be effective, accurate to the needs of customers.
Ø Supervise and review the department's reports as well as analyze and solve the problems and improve the work efficiency.
Ø Check and oversee transportation service contracts and warehousing services to be completely accurate.
Ø Monitor the random inspection of delivery of goods at the customers’ company to ensure confidence.
Ø Make annual budget and make sure that you have the necessary equipment and the necessary planning and supervision as planned.
Ø Follow departmental objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports
Ø Supervise the quality management activities of ISO, SAFETY and energy conservation to achieve the quality goals of the organization.
Ø Overage / shortage / damage reporting
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 35-43 years old
Ø Bachelor‘s degree or higher in Logistics, Industrial Management, Business Administration or related fields
Ø Proven working experience as a logistics manager
Ø At least 5 years' experience in Import & Export, Fleet Management, Warehouse Management Transportation and Strategic Planning
Ø Able to solve the problems and coordination both internal and external
Ø Strong logic thinking and high responsibility
Ø Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Ø Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Ø Able to travel to upcountry branches and overseas

Working Hour: 8:00 -17:00 (Monday – Friday)
