About this Job
Work outline: Be responsible for setting up and manage HR & Admin function of the company since the beginning.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for the full range of work permit, Visa and employment safety certificate etc.
Ø Payroll administration, Social insurance of all employees
Ø Updating new regulations to Management and revise company regulations to appropriate.
Ø Keeping staff informed of Company’s plans and development.
Ø Providing legal advice as required – e.g. contracts, trades description, company law, employment registration, and health and safety legislation, working conditions and data protection.
Ø Deal with government parties such as labor Dept. etc.
Ø Manpower planning – assessing future needs against present staffing.
Ø Appointment, promotion & distribution of staff (with approval from DMD & MD).
Ø Staff development & training within planned budget in the future
Ø Set up staff appraisal including performance, potential and reward reviews.
Ø Set up personnel welfare, policies and procedure formulation
Ø Promoting of Staff health and safety activities.
Ø Liaise with advertising agencies on the publishing of recruitment advertisements, and recruitment and selection activities
Ø Ensure proper documentation on contracts of employee.
Ø Confirmation of update personnel records of all staff, time card, leave records, medical claims etc.
Ø Contact with Japan HQ regarding HR&GA related issues
Ø Other task which is related to HR & GA
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male and Female , 30-43 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø Business level of Japanese (N2 level)
Ø Advanced conversation level of English
Ø At least 5-7 years working experience in HR&GA field of Japanese manufacturing company
Ø Be able to commute to work by himself/herself
Ø High responsible person and have strong ownership
Preferable:
Ø At least 2-3 years working experiences in management level
Ø Have working experience in new set up company
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Business level
Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:20 (Mon-Fri) *Saturday working: 1- 2 days per month (depends on company’s business)
