About this Job

Work outline: Manage production resource (Man, Machine, Raw Material, and Budget)

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Keep company target start from New Model such as prepare man power both of direct and indirect

Ø  Balance trainee between Plant 1 and Plant 2

Ø  Review machine loading and decide transfer load to vendor

Ø  Prepare equipment for production and quality Checker and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)

Ø  Control quality following quality process

Ø  Summary KPI

Ø  Improvement 3C (Change, Challenge and Continue)

 

Qualifications:

[Must]                                                     

Ø  Thai Nationality, Male, age 38-45 years old

Ø  Bachelor degree in Engineering in Mechanical or Electronics

Ø  At least 10 years’ experience in Electronic manufacturing or related fields

Ø  Experienced in manage a large size manufacturing

Ø  Management skill and leadership skill

Ø  Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO14001, TIS/OHSAS 18001, TPM and KAIZEN

Ø  Knowledge of SMT, AXIAL, RADIAL, AOI, Manual Insert, PWB Control Assembly and ESD

 

Languages skills

English: Advanced Conversational Level

Japanese: None    

 

 

Workplace Area: Airport Link Lat Krabang

Working Hour: 7:50-17:10 (2 break-time (10mins) per day, 9:50-10:00 & 15:00-15:10)
