About this Job

Work outline: Manage Applied Product Chiller Operation team.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Support technical inquiries from all service branches

Ø  Manage manpower to achieve Revenue target and Customer satisfaction target

Ø  Manage and improve Service quality to achieve Customer satisfaction target

Ø  Increase skill of Applied Product Chiller sub-contractors, technicians and engineers

Ø  Take care about product quality and claim to factory

Ø  Customer complaint management

Ø  Other assigned task by superior

 

Qualifications:

[Must]                                                     

Ø  Thai nationality, Male, age 35-42  years old

Ø  Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer

Ø  7+ years’ experience in HVAC management or related fields

Ø  Haas ability to read, interpret, utilize and train on manuals, schematics and control circuit related to HVAC and refrigeration systems

Ø  Strong leadership skill

Ø  Able to communicate in English

 

Languages skills

English: Advanced Conversational Level  

Japanese: None   

 

 

Workplace Area: ARL Hua Mak

Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
