About this Job
Work outline: Multi range of management and digital marketing skills in a challenging and varied environment, working with exciting client websites in competitive markets across a range of industries.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts, assist client and provide the service support after Account Executive get contract and be the primary point of contract and build long-term relationships with clients
Supporting products installation process to clients by fulfilling client’s specification and requirements, acquiring customer feedback for product development
Assist clients through e-mail, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Forecast and track key account metrics along with monitor and analyze customer’s usage of product
Handling calls and forwarding technical questions to Japanese/ Thai technical support team
Cooperating with sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
Coordinating activities of different departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient flow within the company nationally and internationally
Accompanying sales to assist in customer support when necessary
Generate marketing ideas and provide consultancy during client meetings as well as give analytical support on an ad-hoc basis.
Carrying out offline marketing activities including trade exhibitions and seminars
Managing and executing digital marketing operations such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, organizing online contents of the products and post them on SNS or blog
Fulfilling accounting operations including dispatching invoices and other administrative documents to clients and our accounting division
Manage back office ad hocs
Qualifications:

Thai nationality, Female , 25-35 years
Bachelor’s degree
Experience as an Account Executive
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at time while playing strict attention to detail
Critical thinking, problem solving and positive thinking with multi-tasking skill
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Passionate in digital marketing
Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, digital marketing and internet technology
Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps and other support software
Have Network or connection with Advertising agency
