Sales Division Manager (100K-120K) (JO-180316-149643)
About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for overall to manage sales team to achieve target and provide marketing plan.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develops business strategic planning for the market to achieve the company sales target and profitability; identifying market trends, opportunities and system improvements.
Develops sales teams by selecting, training, coaching and disciplining staffs; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, reviewing compensation actions; enforces policies and procedures. Directs sales force into new market penetration and sales of new product as appropriate.
Determines marketing & sales operating objectives, such as sales volume, profitability, market share, by product and by industrial sectors.
Determines and implements action plans to accomplish the marketing and sales operating objectives.
Initiates and coordinates the product development and production requirement. Provides sales forecast and request for stock inventory purchase.
Develops marketing intelligent, customers & competitor database.
Provides timely, truth-telling report for sales performance, strategic progresses and marketing changes, etc. with any corrective action as appropriate.
Other task as assigned.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male, Age 40-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in related field
5 years of experiences in Sales Management
Experience managing at least 5-10 subordinates
Initiative and strong communication skill
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
Good command of written & spoken English
Have a good connection in any field that can be an advantage in the future
Preferable:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in industrial sales (selling to oil & gas business)
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT KLONGTOEY/ BTS PHROMPHONG
Working Hour: 09:00 – 18:00 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 100,000 – 120,000 THB negotiable
