Assistant (Consulting Group) (Japanese speaking)

Work outline: Responsible for assistant of MD and Consulting team
Duties & Responsibilities:
●MD Assistant Duty
Primary assistant of Mail to MD from Japan headquarter
→ex>Print out file which is required sign by MD, after signature, convert to PDF and send it and original document to Japan
→ex>Answer to Japan about MD Schedule
Arrange and manage MD Schedule / Event and Meeting which is related department
→ex>Coordinate with secretary who is in client side and fix schedule and book MD’s scheduler.
→ex>Meeting arrangement between expats from Japan and members from consulting department
Internal Documentation and arrangement
→Making chart and graph for monthly meeting
→Arranging, print out and send PPT document to Japan headquarter
→Convert the document from client to PDF, Saving to file server.
Coordination vendors for MD’s business trip and Thailand event
→Booking transportation and hotel and ticketing
→Coordination for transportation to the venue of event or party… And so on
Hospitality action →ex> wherever client visit office, serve tea or water.
●Admin Support Duty
Inventory Management (stationery etc…) / Conveyance documents between rooms.
Attendance support to OSOS for WE issue
●Other assignment from MD, manager or team leader
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 22-30 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Good Japanese and English level
Good Microsoft Excel and PPT Level →Excel – People who can use SUM function, Formula and so on… →PPT – People who can change pages and attach graph properly (Balanced attachment) and so on
Good character (cheerful and pleasant personality / High hospitality mind-set, mildness / Honest / Fresh and cleanliness (Properly caring)
Preferable:
Has experience of Executive assistant, admin and GA for 2 years
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Business Level
Workplace Area: BTS Asok
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17.00 (Mon- Fri)
