HR Manager (80K-150K) (JO-180426-160946)
Work outline: Be responsible for full loop of HR functions
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing, developing and efficient for HRM & HRD and employee relation is aligned with the company policy
Implementing an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training and career management
Developing recruitment processes
Ensuring efficient payroll and administration processes
Coordinating budgeting and HR cost controlling ensuring alignment with yearly business plans
Responsible for implementing and developing HR procedures in accordance with Law and the company's policy and global policy
Ensure all policy and compliance are aligned with Head Quarter
Other task as assigned by superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, age 35-45 years
Bachelor's Degree in HR management or any related fields
10+ years’ experience in overall HR functions
Strong management skill and leadership skill
Good command in English

Workplace Area: kannayao, Bangkkok
Working Hour: 8:15 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
