HRM Supervisor (30K-40K) (JO-180419-156561)
Work outline: Be responsible for full loop of Payroll function and Welfare function including recruitment task
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide Payroll system, time attendance and compensation &benefit.
Conduct recruitment and selection processes
Maintain and control key company’s documents, welfare policy and records
Maintain and control company compensation & benefit
Other task as assigned by superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, age 30-40 years
Bachelor's Degree in any related field
At least 3-5 years of working experience in HRM function especially payroll, welfare and recruitment
Good computer skills in MS Office (especially in Excel and Power Point)
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: kannayao, Bangkkok
Working Hour: 8:15 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
