Job Description
HR Assistant Manager (40K-45K) (JO-180524-163181)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct introduction and orientation programs to newly recruit employees to get to know work culture of company
Support on overview implementation of company’s strategy for HR management and development including discipline, grievance, counseling, contracts, training and development performance appraisal.
Implement and coordinate employee orientation and ongoing training to foster positive attitude to toward company goals.
Building relationship among employees and creating a strong working atmosphere to enhance employees loyalty
Communicate with Japanese MD and make GA & HR strategy, explain to staffs about any changes
Staff development & training within planned budget
Review personnel welfare, policies and procedure formulation
Recruitment new staff through using job board and agency as manager requested
Handle human resource management assignment to support the manager
Other assign from executive management.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/female, age 33-35 years
Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resource Management or any related
At least 5 years’ experience in human resource function (preferable focusing on HRD)
Good interpersonal skill
Service-minded person
Strong willingness to learn
Excellent communication and Collaboration skill
Fluent in English both spoken & written.
Good knowledge in computer literacy.
Preferable:
Experience in Banking/Hire purchase/Leasing Business
Languages skills

Working Hour: Monday – Friday (9:00 – 18:00)
