Job Description:
Focus on selling medical grade quality.Visiting key customers on a quarterly bases.Evaluating the region and finding business potentials to develop.Understanding the market and feedback pricing, material trends and other business developments.Consulting customers on portfolio and regulatory decisions.Launching new products to right customers and helping to position the product correctly.Exchange with peers to evaluate the right price level per customer and region/country.Understanding the market needs and proactively driving the business development.Creating a hunting list and working on it consequently.Using available tools to fill in current status of customer activities.Supporting back office to get artwork on time.Supporting back office to collect open invoices.Supporting back office in claim handling.Participate in overall market intelligence activities plus collecting competitors information and products.
Qualification:
Bachelor/ Master degree in related fields.Gender (sex) no preference, age 25 - 35 years Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with a blend of export sale, logistics, shipping, and marketing.Experienced in export sales area in japanese countries. Excellent command of English and Japanese languages.Strong interpersonal skills.Analytical skills with good business acumen.Logical thinking, calculation skills.Effective negotiation & communication.Independent, detailed and meticulous.Pleasant disposition, strong service orientation, problem-solving skills and resourceful.
