<Job Responsibilities>
Consult with management and other leaders to identify appropriate learning and OD programs to support business goals.
Help support and create programs that connect employees with business goals.
Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.
Working in the budget provided.
Review compensation and benefit regularly to meet employee’s needs and also follow latest labor rule
Help review evaluation system and personnel system to strengthen the organization.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/ Female, age 27-33 years old
Bachelor’s degree of Human Resource or related field.
At least 5 years’ experience of HRD function.
Able to communicate in English (Advanced Conversational - high)
Strong human resource development background.
Active and initiative person
