<Job Responsibilities>
HR Development Facilitator & Coach
-Facilitate business training such as management, leadership for Thai staff.
-To develop business training for Japanese companies.
Organization / HR Consulting
-Design HR systems and HR operation consulting
-Deliver HR related project for clients as a project manager
-Create service proposal for consulting project to meet clients' expectations.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 25-35 years
Bachelor degree
3-5 years of experience in business development, human resources, consulting, or related field.
English skills at Advanced Conversational level
Strong interests in HR consulting, HR development, Training service
Good command of English
Good command of Japanese (N2 or above)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
HR system knowledge
Have experience as consultant in HR field
Languages skills
English: Business level
Japanese: Conversational level
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Monday-Friday)
