<Job Responsibilities>
Review and design HR system including compensation and benefits, evaluation system, etc.
Provide consultation to group companies on HR system, performance management, evaluation system, etc.
Corporate with other department to design new criteria or new evaluate system
Other task as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 28-35 years
Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Minimum 8 years experiences in Compensation and Benefits
Good knowledge of HR development or Compensation and Benefit
Good command of Japanese (At least N2)
Good computer skill
Mature and good analytical skill
