<Job Responsibilities>
Manage the schedule, prioritize and minimize scheduling conflicts
Perform mostly administrative and clerical duties such as organizing and maintaining files
Arrange conference and meeting together with taking notes or dictation at meetings
Screen and answer phone calls, enquiries and requests
Deal with incoming email, faxes and post together with compose corresponding
Act as a liaison with other departments, dealers, suppliers and other staffs
Visit client and supplier with Japanese MD, and support business meeting through interpreting
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, 22-27 years
Bachelor degree in Japanese and other related fields
New graduate is also welcome
Japanese skill N3 or above
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience in Real Estate industry
Japanese skill N2 or N1
Languages skills
