<Job Responsibilities>
Support Service team, providing excellent service to client
Planing service strategy in order to set best service practice
Aware of relevant issues and able to increase best service
Manage service team to improve their working ability
Providing technical knowledge to team
Using knowledge of engineering practices, principles and theories to guide and train new employee
Visit clients with team (Sometimes)
*Use owned car to visit client
*Areas covered industrial estate in Pachinburi, Ayudhya, Chonburi, Rayong, Samutprakarn, Khonkaen, Korat, Lampoon etc.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male, age 35-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field
5-10 years’ experience as a Service Engineer (Senior level up) from machinery/ steel/ automotive parts or related industry
Basic technical knowledge
Has team management experience as a senior or assistant manager
Good negotiation skill with client
Good leadership & Coaching skill with Sales team
Good command of English
