Logistic Staff @Rayong (22K-27K) (SDG-26754)
<Job Responsibilities>
Check Shipping Invoice, packing list, B/L from overseas vendor or customer.
Coordinate with shipping company (4~5 companies) and check shipment schedule for delivery and import.
Prepare shipping documents for export and domestics.
Maintain updated records of import delivery and inventory.
Issue invoice and delivery order for domestic delivery. *Around 100 invoices per month
Make tax and disbursements for import shipment.
Summarize monthly import, export and domestics delivery to accounting.
Prepare shipping document follow accounting requirement (e.g. delivery charge, TAX and VAT document).
Prepare Picking sheet to warehouse for stuffing.
Issue cargo insurance for export.
Supporting GA job if necessary.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 23-28 years old
Bachelor’s degree
At least 1 year experience of handling import-export
Basic level of English (Need to read and write)
Ability to use MS Office
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Having experience of using SAP
Languages skills

Workplace Area: Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard IE, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Sat: 1-2 time per month on average)
