Sales Traditional Trade Manager (Frozen Food) (100K-150K) (SDG-27232)
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Target achievement 60%
Motivating staff and leading the team to achieve sales targets.
Present sales, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Reporting on progress towards sales.
Control expenses and monitor budgets.
Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
Networking with new distributor.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
2. Visiting customers, new distributor 20% in assigned area (Bangkok, North, Central, North-East, South)
Approach new distributor.
Visiting customers and potential customers.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
3. Other 20%
Engage and support team members so that they can be productive and ensure that open and effective communication exists within the organization at all times.
Build functional and leadership capability for all positions and develop talent pipeline.
Drive productivity, continuous service improvement and resources optimization to improve costs and efficiency.
Any other tasks or assignment from reporting manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30 - 45 years old
Bachelor's degree
At least 10 years of professional experience as Sales in Traditional Trade accounts management with FMCG or food industries / working in agencies
Strong to create and manage distributor in each area (Bangkok, North, Central, North-East, South)
Ability to analyze and utilize marketing information to formulate effective plans
Able to supervise, lead, communicate and work effectively in a team
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. Able to multitask and manage projects independently.
Possesses strong analytical skills and creativity. Takes initiative, is proactive and self-motivated.
Proficient in Thai and English
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Ability to speak/write in Japanese
