<Job Responsibilities>
Plan and determine the company's strategy
Proceed or work in accordance with the policy, plan and budgets of the company that approved by the directors of the company
Manage the business of the company to be in accordance with the objectives, regulations, policies and procedure of the company
Be the authorized person or assign other person to perform specific tasks instead
Follow up and evaluate the performance of the company on a regular basis to prevent risks from various internal and external factors
Consider entering into a contract about the business of the company and contracts which are beneficial to the business of the company
Consider and approve the spending of payment in the operation as usual in the business of the company Consider hiring, appoint employees as well as transfer of work across field/ group / departments or termination of employment
Consider about the salary rate, compensation, bonus as well as welfare of the employees
Perform duties in issuance of orders, regulations, announcements and record for operating to be in accordance with the policies and benefits of the company
Expected Result
The organization has a turnover in a good way and obtains profits

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 45 - 50 years old
Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Business Administration or any related field
At least 10 years experiences in corporate management in dental supplies business or related business.
Good at communication skill and human relations
Able to manage work effectively and has high responsibility
Be honest and maintaining confidentiality of the organization
Good knowledge of taxation
Good knowledge of labor laws
Good command of English
Have knowledge of government regulations related to business operations
Ability to work under pressure
Have leadership and knowledge of business competitive information
