Sales Operation (21K-26K) (SDG-27732)
<Job Responsibilities>
Sales transaction data entry
Maintain existing Client
Contact supplier and customer through phone call related to sales and delivery process
Coordinate with shipping company to ensure clearance service timely and accurately
Coordinate with warehouse on cargo receipt for incoming shipment and on time delivery arrangement to customer in local with accurately
Take appropriate action and prepare concern documentation for claim issued
Issue Sales Contract, Purchase Contract, P/O, invoice etc.
Support team work load if needed
Prepare report upon request from manager
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 25 – 35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 years of experiences as Sales
Able to communicate English
Team player, Willing to learn new things , Cheerful , Outgoing
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Some knowledge in BOI or experience in BOI
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level

Workplace Area: BTS Asoke, MRT Sukhumbvit, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
