Architect Assistant Manager

Architect (Staff - Assistant) (25K-50K) (SDG-28038)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Work with clients to identify objectives and formulate options
 Ability to integrate sustainable design approach into architectural design project
 Conceptualize total project and establish key work priorities for development of design, scheduling and budgeting
 Interpret design concepts by collaborating with project team and translates them into workable construction systems
 Evaluate alternatives in order to develop solutions while maintaining technical quality and design control
 Prepare designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates for projects
 Initiate and develop design and construction documents for projects
 Maintain records to document phases of project



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28 – 40 years old
 Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with Associate Architect License (Level 1 above)
 At least 3 years experiences in Architect/Interior Design
 Good command of computer programs such as Auto CAD, Photoshop
 Able to communicate in English
 Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to work hard
