Industrial Relations (1 Year Contract) @Prachinburi (20K-25K) (SDG-28107)
<Job Responsibilities>
 To handle company activities, employee relations and external relations such as New Year party, outing trip, donation and other activity of each month
 To coordinate with welfare committee for employees' suggestion and arrange the meeting follow by law
 To coordinate with an external organizer regarding the company's activities
 Analyze and control budget of activity
 Analyze and report data and information from employees' suggestion or complaints
 To follow the compliance of the company rules and regulations matter.
 Improve canteen and mini-mart by coordinating with GA section
 To contact the concerned governmental organizations
 Be a leader of the employee group when outing trip

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male, age 23-27 years old
 Bachelor's degree
 At least 1 year of experience in Industrial Relation (Employee Relations) function especially leading company's activity (Manufacturing company)
 Leadership skills
 Active person

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
