Business Relation Assistant (Admin & GA-Contract) (25K-30K) (SDG-28202)
<Job Responsibilities>
To assist in the administrative work like prepare hand-outs/certificates etc.
Coordinate with internal and external parties for arrangement of workshops
Tabulate the questionnaire, prepare questionnaire after each workshops
Budget control - to monitor the budget for workshop, e.g. venue fee, transport fee for spokesperson
Translation from Thai to English (As and when required)
6 months contract from July to Dec. Subjected to contract extension/renewal for another 6 months depending on business need
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 28 – 35 years old
Bachelor’s degree
At 1-2 years of experience as Admin/Coordinator/Organizer
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
PC Skill: Excel (Data processing), Power point
English : Conversational middle (speaking/writing)
