Field Inventory Analyst (Medical Equipment) (40K-60K) (SDG-28275)
<Job Responsibilities>
Field inventory process
Work with key country based inventory analysts and sales managers to build accountability among field staff for field stock management activities, including cycle count completion, reconciliation of variances and retrieval of expired inventory from field locations
Measure compliance of field staff regarding inventory management
Identify and implement improvement opportunities to make the consignment reconciliation process as efficient and effective as possible
Support field sales and service provider in coordinating field cycle count and achieving accurate reconciliation of stock levels
Managing the par level replenishment process
Develop and distribute monthly performance reports to Business units and supply chain leadership measuring performance against departmental KPIs, cycle count accuracy, TAT and expired/ short dated in the field
Work with customer service, warehouse and finance staff to re-classify and reconcile differences in consignment stock counts, i.e. reconcile between SAP and consignment stock take counts
Reconciliation of consignment stocks between the company, distributors, 3PL, 4PL
implement process improvement by working with cross-functional stakeholders for accountable key activities
Support ad-hoc requests from TM's for consignment stock reports for stock take purposes
Monitor individual performance of TMs in terms of field stock control - highlight instances of non-performance with BU and operations leadership to target improvement
manage proactive and effective communications with internal and external customers
Identify operational issues or inefficiencies to enable improvement initiatives to address the root causes
Work within and actively promote the company's mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and code of conduct
Comply with the company's finance and legal policies and procedures, respond to both internal and external audit enquirers in a timely manner, and ensure follow-up on action items to address audit recommendations.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25 – 32 years old
Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years working experience in supply chain or inventory management field
Able to use SAP
Able to communicate in English fluently
Able to use Microsoft Office
Computer literacy
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
BW reporting and Power BI experience
