HR Manager (30K-60K) (SDG-28322)
<Job Responsibilities>
Manage and improve overall function in HRM & HRD
Be in charge of recruitment (Contact with agent, screening, arranging and conducting interview)
Improve and design HR system especially personnel evaluation system and compensation system
Manage attendance of employee
Prepare and manage the documents for HR such as Contract of Employment
Maintains employee benefits program and inform employee of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit program to management
Training arrangement for staff
Correspond with HR inquiries from employee
Admin tasks
Other duties assigned by Japanese manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-45 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 5 year of working experience in HR department
Overall experience of HRM and HRD
Advanced conversational high level of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Working experience of establishing and improving performance evaluation system\
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
