IT Support Staff

IT Support Staff (18K-25K) (SDG-28312)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Maintain, monitor and perform IT troubleshooting for end users.
 Set up, install and configure appropriate hardware and software and functions according to specifications.
 Provide day to day operational support when required users covering hardware, software and local and network.
 Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems < repair or replace parts, debugging etc.>
 Document and archive all correspondence and retain a record of troubleshoot related matters.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male, age 23 – 28 years old
 Bachelor's degree in Information System or any related field.
 1-2 years of working experience in IT support.
 Good command of both written and spoken in English (TOEIC 500up)
 Computer literacy < Installs, configures and supports PC,Window Servers and LAN network.
 Good personality, human relation skills and teamwork oriented.
 Willing to work under Japanese Manager.
 Flexible work hour, able to work under pressure and tight deadline.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experienced in Automotive Industry is preferred.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon- Fri (Sat : Depend on calender's company))
