IT Support Staff (18K-25K) (SDG-28312)
<Job Responsibilities>
Maintain, monitor and perform IT troubleshooting for end users.
Set up, install and configure appropriate hardware and software and functions according to specifications.
Provide day to day operational support when required users covering hardware, software and local and network.
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems < repair or replace parts, debugging etc.>
Document and archive all correspondence and retain a record of troubleshoot related matters.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male, age 23 – 28 years old
Bachelor's degree in Information System or any related field.
1-2 years of working experience in IT support.
Good command of both written and spoken in English (TOEIC 500up)
Computer literacy < Installs, configures and supports PC,Window Servers and LAN network.
Good personality, human relation skills and teamwork oriented.
Willing to work under Japanese Manager.
Flexible work hour, able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experienced in Automotive Industry is preferred.
