Service Assistant (18K-25K) (SDG-28520)
<Job Responsibilities>
Accuracy process quotation to customer
Coordinate between customer and service department team for smoothly operation
Coordinate with suppliers both Thai and overseas for parts price request.
Understanding basic of procurement, machine parts both mechanical & electrical
Follow up offered quotations status to ensure customer order achievement
Prepare accurate and reliable reports, data summary and other related documents
Other tasks following manager’s assignment or company policy
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 24-35 years old
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years’ experience in back office, sales coordinator, after sales service, procurement or any coordinator field
Good command of English (email, supplier/client communicate)
Good command of Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical or machine parts
