Admin and Secretary (Japanese Speaking) (25K-40K) (SDG-28692)
<Job Responsibilities>
Handle admin/secretary task such as booking hotel, Air Ticket, restaurant or as assigned
Data Record & payment Utilities bill (Condo) for Japanese Boss
Interpret or translate document as assigned
Monitor and Maintain of Office supplies, Equipment and Car leasing
Recheck and send Japanese report of Cash Balance and Sales Reports to Japanese Boss
Prepare documents for Visa and Work Permit (Using Agency)
Handle HR works such as prepare time sheet, calculate OT, staff employment, staff benefit etc.
Handle and Coordinate for Booth Exhibition at Bitec Bangna (4 days/year)
Workplace Area: BTS Saladeang / MRT Silom, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, 27-38 years old
Bachelor Degree in Japanese major or any related field
At least 2 years experiences as admin or secretary or Interpreter
Good command of Japanese both verbal and writing (At least N3) for Japanese Language Report, Internal communicate
Good command of English (Email etc.)
Have service mind and Interpersonal skill
