HR Specialist (25K-35K) (SDG-28751)
<Job Responsibilities>
Recruitment function
Taking care overall recruitment process from candidate screening until the hiring process is done.
Monitoring and managing the Social Security System for employees.
Drafting, revising, and renewing an employment contract if necessary.
Coordinating with a hospital (for medical check-up) and recruitment agencies if need be.
Coordinating with an outsourcing company.
Reporting the updated recruitment process to headquarter.
Issuing Social Security Number and Taxpayer Identification Number for foreign staff.
Other tasks related to recruitment.
Compensation and Benefits function
Updating employees' information including regular employees and outsourced staff.
Payroll (monthly salary, monthly income tax, monthly social security fund.)
Revising outsourced employees' salary with the outsourcing company.
Partnering with the Finance Department for withholding tax certificate, and annual tax submission.
Coordinating with an insurance company for employees' healthcare service.
Monitoring and handling petrol cards of company drivers.
Communicating about changes in welfare and benefits.
Other tasks related to compensation and benefits.
Labor Relations and law
Reviewing HR documents and hiring process whether they are based on Thailand Labor Protection Act.
Coordinating with the Legal Department, and law firms (if need be.)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 23-30 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields, such as Political Science, Psychology, and Arts etc.
At least one-year experienced in HRM field or Recruitment field
Good command in English (able to communicate with internal Chinese, make announcement/letter, email etc.)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Holding Toeic test result (prefer 700+)
Experienced in Recruitment/ Benefits and Compensation function
Knowledge about Labor Protection/ Relations Act. or experiencing in labor litigation
Able to speak Chinese
Languages skills
