<Job Responsibilities>
Develop Responsible for Employee relation & discipline control & Benefits
Coordinate and support Human resources tasks between Thai and Japanese Staff
Responsible for Visa-work permit for Japanese staff (Support around 20 JP Staff)
Updates working regulation & disciplinary control procedure
Translate documents, form, etc. JP – TH , TH - JP that related to Human resources
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 24-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
Japanese Language Skill N1 or N2 is a MUST!
At least 1-2 years working experience in HR/GA or support role
Having experience as Interpreter or translator at least 1 year
Visa work permit experience/Knowledge
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Good in written and spoken Japanese
Good personality and Good communication skill
Dynamic, good personality and can be worked under pressure
