<Job Responsibilities>
Arrange administrative tasks to support the Sales department
Receive and answer customer inquiries from incoming call, e-mail
Prepare sales document e.g. quotation, order confirmation and shipment
Track shipment and delivery to ensure fast delivery system
Coordinate with warehouse and courier in shipment issues
Support customers and sales engineer request
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 22-23 years old
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration any major or any related faculties
New graduate are welcome
English: Conversational middle (TOEIC 650 up)
Proactive Action/Sociability
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experienced in Sales Coordinator field at least year not over age 23 year
