Sales Coordinator (Export) (20K-28K) (SDG-29032)
<Job Responsibilities>
Support exporting procedure of component parts to Company Head Office (EGYPT)
Make updated quotation monthly base on exchange rate
Coordinate with Thai suppliers about new specification of parts as per customer request to get a quotation and supply parts to customer
Issue Invoice and purchase order to supplier
Negotiate and follow up with each supplier about delivery
Issue invoice, packing and arrange shipment (Sea Shipment and Air Shipment) according to buyers request
Read and check Letter of Credit (L/C)
Issue shipping documents as per Letter of Credit (L/C) request, including Bill of Loading document (B/L) and related privileged form (Form CO) and finally present to bank
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 24-30 years old
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in export field
Able to use excel
Good command of speaking and writing English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience in trading at consumer electronics manufacturers
Able to use Microsoft Office especially excel (Vlookup, Pivot table)
Languages skills
