HR Manager (70K-100K) (SDG-29205)
<Job Responsibilities>
Manage all HR full spectrum (Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits and General Affair).
Handling and managing monthly payroll and ensuring that the process proceeds correctly and on time
Set up & facilitate the performance management system that includes performance evaluation, performance development, career development and succession planning, as well as reward and recognition scheme to engage and motivate staff in all functions.
Monitoring and develops compensation and benefits policies.
Ensure that people with skills essential to the success of the business, are recruited, trained, retained and able to fulfill their potential.
Provide advice on HR related matters to all associates as and when required.
Act as company's change agent by assessing, designing and implementing the appropriate organizational interventions.
Drive HR action plan to meet with business target.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, business administration or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in overall HR functions (especially focusing on Payroll)
Minimum 5 years of working experience in senior position or and management
Good command of English & computer literacy
Good interpersonal and people management skills.
Understanding of Labor Law/Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act, and processes
Good problem-solving skills, able to solve complex issues, good communication skills
Have the business strategic mindset in order to collaborating closely with MD and Finance Director
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Good command of Japanese
