<Job Responsibilities>
Monitor corporate culture climate so that it supports the organization’s business goals and mission.
Research, analyses and develop organization strategy in order to ensure the organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic business goals.
Co-responsible organizational redesign, change management, culture management, and related OD matters.
Closely work with related functions to facilitate communication in the company.
Conduct employee engagement survey and monitor action plans of OD activities.
Design and implement tools to maintain and improve corporate culture.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 27-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
At least 3 years of experience in Senior Analyst, HROD, or related field is require.
Good command of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Ability in prioritizing, planning, and project management to deliver tasks within deadlines.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
