<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for recruitment process of shop branches including head office
Make strategy to get a suitable candidate by coordinating with agencies to conduct an interview, etc.
Working with subordinates in order to complete the assignment effectively
Manage attendance of employee
Responsible for payroll procedure of head office and shop branch employees
Coordinating externally such as Social Insurance, Thai Labour Law, VISA and Work Permit Agency, The Revenue Department, etc.
Other document tasks
Other tasks as assigned by the Japanese President
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 39-44 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resource and Organization Management or related field
Good command in written and verbal in English
Good people skills and must be able to interface with all levels within the company structure
Flexibility and ability to coordinate multiple tasks
Experienced in Japanese company.
At least 10 years of experience in Human Resource function including at least 4-5 years in Human Resource Management level.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Able to communicate in Japanese (with internal)
