Payroll and Benefit Officer (20K-32K) (SDG-36049)
<Job Responsibilities>
Manage and maintain employee's personal information in both paper and HR information system.
Generate, review and modify the weekly, monthly record of time attendance and ensure the accuracy of record system
Be responsible for day-to-day operation of local employee's benefits, such as annual health check-up, insurance, provident fund, etc.
Assist supervisor to arrange and handle the welfare committee as regular schedule.
Understand the company's working rule & regulation including compensation & benefits policy so that he/she will be able to respond to any employee's inquiries related to employee benefits.
Prepare the announcement related to compensation and benefits both English and Thai language and submit to supervisor to review and make the announcement
Support to other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor and work closely with HR members in other teams.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 22-28 years old
Bachelor degree
1st priority: Minimum 1 years of experience in HRM handling payroll and managing employee benefit
2nd priority: Fresh Graduates in any field are welcome
Good communication in English both speaking and writing
Strong tool skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot and/or V Lookup)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with the multinational person
Much adaptable to retail business operation and work closely with various parties
Be devoted to working on traditional holiday for operating the monthly payroll and flexible for working time.
Able to nationwide travel for store visit or labor office visit as assigned
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Proficiency in using Workday
Used to handle visa and work permit documents and liaison
