Payroll and Mobility Officer (30K-42K) (SDG-36017)
<Job Responsibilities>
Generate review and modify the weekly, monthly record of time attendance and ensure the accuracy of record in system.
Regularly operate the monthly, half-year, yearly analysis report of time attendance to improve the employee's productivity including to review yearly employee's benefits.
Understand the company's working rule & regulation including compensation & benefits policy so that he/she will be able to respond to any employee's inquiries related to employee benefits.
Handle with day-to-day operation of International Assignees' benefits and response to their inquiries proactively
Assist Supervisor to process the visa and work permit application for any international assignees, overseas visitors, and any subsidiaries visiting Thailand.
Arrange the orientation and explanation session to any international assignees, overseas visitors, and other related parties for the preparation of visa application and work permit application.
Summarize monthly data and send to the outsource company
Liaise with Thailand Immigration and closely communicate and update any new regulations of Thailand Immigration.
Provide liaison support to the expat's family such as accommodation, a school for kids, etc.
Support to supervisor for global requirement to manage international assignees' benefit and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor and work closely with HR members in other teams.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-28 years old
Bachelor degree
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll and managing employee benefit from high employee volume organization
Good communication in English both speaking and writing
Strong tool skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot and/or V Lookup)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with the multinational person
Much adaptable to retail business operation and work closely with various parties
Be devoted to working on traditional holiday for operating the monthly payroll and flexible for working time.
Able to nationwide travel for store visit or labor office visit as assigned

Proficiency in using Workday
Used to handle visa and work permit documents and liaison
