HR & Administration Manager (60K-90K) (SDG-36070)
<Job Responsibilities>
Managing all HR & General Administration functions such as compensation & benefits, employee relations, training budgets, recruitment, and General HR & General Administration affairs.
Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
Overseeing exit interviews.
Developing and improving all HR systems and activities such as organization development plans as per company policies.
Assessing the organizational culture in order to ensure an environment where employees’ satisfaction is high and where people practices reinforce the desired results.
Taking a leadership role to lead and manage a team to drive the company forward.
Preparing overall rules, regulations and policies of company.
Preparing and processing of monthly payroll for employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved time sheets; track and deduct and/or special payroll deductions.
Handling the administration of the electronic timekeeping system. Setup each employee, monitor submission of approved time sheets, and ensure valid data transfer to/from payroll system.
Establishing/maintaining employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; reviewing changes for proper authorization and adherence to company policy including compliance with regulations/Laws.
Works on special projects as needed.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 38-45 years old
Bachelor degree in HRM, HRD or any related fields
8-10 years’ experience in General HR & Administration functions
Good interpersonal skills, mature person with a positive attitude
Good written and spoken English
Self-motivated and achievement-oriented
Strong leadership and problem solving skills
Knowledge of Thai Labour law and employee relations management
