<Job Responsibilities>
Conducting recruitment and selection process manpower, application screening
Evaluate and follow up training result to comply with employee competency and company objective
Responsible for controlling and developing a broad range of activities in the function focus on Organization Development and staff training and Development
Development training and development program for all employees through various methods to increase of employees performances align with the company business
Being responsible for various other assignment to support company business and comply with corporate HR strategy and policies
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
At least 10 years’ experience in HRD in manufacturing company
Knowledge skill in training course development and able to conduct training course
Be able to communicate in English (Advanced Conversational Low-Middle) Equivalent to TOEIC Score 500 up
Be able to coordinate with other function and work well under pressure
Excellent communication, interpersonal skill and presentation skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Business Level of English
