HR Supervisor @Ayutthaya (40K-50K) (SDG-36901)
<Job Responsibilities>
To be responsible and support the Manager for the overall HR function of Rojana Industrial Park, (Ayutthaya), Rayong, Bangna
Organization Effectiveness :
Provide leadership support HR manager in establishing a safety conscious, highly effective and motivated plant culture.
Develop and make recommendation on the organization design, execution of work utilization of employees, behavioral standards, and communications.
Seek new or modified methods in organizational design improvements and evolution.
Involve employee representatives in development of Human Resource strategies.
Liaise with the HQ's management team in the USA in order to report overall performance of Thailand base
Training and Development :
Facilitate the development and implementation of training and ongoing employee development program that will identify and establish training needs and requirements to meet company business goal as well as aid employees in attaining job satisfaction.
Support site training & development function by ensuring there is an effective system and other guidelines or regulatory parameters.
Participate in the leadership development review process.
Salary & Benefits Administration :
Participate is setting and managing HR salary and benefit policies.
Oversee site compensation and benefits programs in a cost effective, equitable manner.
Ensure participation in surveys and salary planning process.
Government Relations :
Manage relationship with local government bodies.
Manage visa and work permit processes for expatriate employees.
Information Resources :
Coordinate use of corporate Human Resources Information systems at site.
Ensure job descriptions are in place and update regularly.
Develop and maintain site Human Resources policies and manuals
.Recruitment :
Develop and coordinate recruiting activities to meet facility staffing requirements in a manner which ensures involvement of business and plant personnel in the selection of best candidates.
Ensure integrity of hiring process with respect to diversity and legal considerations
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 29-38 years old
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource management or any related field
Knowledge in labor law, all HR functions and ISO14001, TS16949.
Good command in English for internal and external communication
At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resource and Administration functions from Manufacturing company
