IT Administration and Support (18K-30K) (SDG-37199)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Handle IT Daily Desktop Maintenance, IT User Support, IT incidents.
 Maintain and enhance the important software system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis
 Assist to maintain the headquarters’ systems, keep good communication with Headquarters IT Department, handle IT issues related to Chinese language.
 Participate in establishing system by planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks.
 Participate in securing the system by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; Establish and test disaster recovery policies and procedures; complete system back-up; Maintain documentation.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 24-32 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in related field e.g. Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information System Management
 Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, either as an IT administrator or in technical support
 Good command of English both written and spoken

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri)
