Assistant Manufacturing Director (70K-100K) (SDG-37274)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Manage and control production & Engineering Department
 Responsible for determining manpower & machine requirements and preparing work procedures
 Ensure production output meeting against customer requirements including demand, quality, and cost
 Control operation’s time lines and processes: reduce production line and improving process
 Analyze problems and implement corrective & preventive actions
 Limit engineering and operation’s budget and set the time lines
 Ensure that effective preventative maintenance plans and strategies are implemented to improve the reliability of the plant operations



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 40-48 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Science, Engineering field, or related
 Minimum 10 years of experienced in manufacturing industry
 Good English communication skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experienced from Cosmetics, Food, or Pharmacy Manufacturing is preferred
 Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO9001 is advantage
 Strong leadership, analytical problem solving and decision-making skills
