<Job Responsibilities>
Customer Administrative
Expense report oversea (Vietname, Indonesia, Philippine, Malaysia)
Signing of Calibration Certificates
Timesheet control
Plane ticket
Car maintenance
Visa
Document for training
Paperwork for translation
Service Commercial Site
Work order management - work order issuing on MAC5 follow service planning or service coordinator
Follow up documents from service engineer to make sure that documents is completed so can use it to invoice to customer
Preparing documents to issue service invoice
Make sure that all job done will be invoiced in the same month
Spare part site
Receive customer orders on telephone, via email, fax or post. Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts and phone calls.
Order management - sales order issuing, checking stock availability, ordering missing part, store slip issuing, following purchasing (order tracking)
Shipment scheduling, managing delivery plan to make sure that shipment delivered as promise
Providing shipping documents coordinate with freight forwarder
Preparing documents for billing
Documents control
Coordinate with spare specialist and other appropriate departments in processing orders.
Other tasks as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 23-25 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Fresh graduates are welcomed to join
At least 1 year working experience in this field is highly preferable
Must be able to communicate in English effectively
