<Job Responsibilities>
Prepare invoice creation process to customer for new car delivery
Support for contract modification, check Data in SEED system that related with both cases.
Follow up the pending issues of both cases
Prepare & check daily and monthly invoice
Check collection money and prepare delay payment to report to RMD department
Prepare journal entry for any AR matters
Record billing note and invoice send to customer
Check spare care invoice and other income invoice from service team
Make invoice control sheet by weekly basic
Prepare overdue report and other support as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 26-28 years old
Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of working experience in AR
Able to communicate in English
Able to use Microsoft Office
